Life Coaching Tip: If your critical self-talk is not supporting your quest for a fabulous life, then it’s time to make some changes. Although it may feel uncomfortable at first, you can create a new reality for yourself and bolster your confidence. Show yourself some love, my friend! You deserve it!
__________
Hey there sister, how about you show yourself some love this Valentine’s Day?
I’m serious here! When was the last time you took a moment to love on yourself and bask in your own magnificence?
If this question makes you feel uncomfortable and icky, I totally get it.
Most of us were taught to believe that it’s egotistical and self-indulgent to love and appreciate our own beautiful essence.
But, I’ll bet if I asked you when you last took a moment to bash and criticize yourself and call out your flaws, welp, you’d have no problem answering that at all . . . .
Like five minutes ago, five seconds ago, or even while you are reading this sentence?
Sadly, even though we all came into this world loving and accepting ourselves fully, most of us learned rather quickly to judge, doubt, and mistrust ourselves right out of those warm, confident feelings.
This is a problem because we believe what we tell ourselves most. And our thoughts, words, and beliefs create our reality.
So, if your self-trash talk is on auto-loop and it’s not supporting your quest for a fabulous life, then maybe it’s time to make some changes.
Thankfully, you absolutely have the power to do just that—although you will have to be willing to feel a little uncomfortable at first.
I promise you, though, it will be worth it!
You can start by writing yourself a love letter on this Valentine’s Day and practice reveling in your unique, dazzling brilliance.
Remember this truth about yourself. . . .
You are a Queen—perfectly imperfect, exactly as you are!
You have a knowing about this deep down in your soul.
You are meant to be adored.
You are meant to be celebrated.
You are meant to be loved.
Sending you lots of love, my friend, and warm wishes for a Happy Valentine’s Day!
