We will explore your strengths and talents, examine your values and how well they are integrated into your life, and investigate what success and happiness mean to you.
Plan of Action: Although you probably know the importance of writing down your action steps once you have identified your goals, you may not always take the time to do this. As your coach, I will help you break down your goals into small, manageable steps that will inspire, not scare, you.
Success Strategies: Many people struggle to create or maintain healthy habits that support what they want for their life. Together, we will explore your natural tendencies to develop a better understanding of why certain habit-forming approaches work better for you than others. Then, as your coach, I will introduce you to strategies that are tailored to your individual personality, and help you create habits that align with your goals.
Accountability: As your coach, I will help you stay focused on your goals and accountable to your commitments.
Mindset: If you are like most people, the thought of living a truly authentic life can create all kinds of fear. If you have been procrastinating for a while, then you know exactly what I am talking about here. We all struggle with limiting beliefs that can get in the way of what we want for our life. As your coach, I will help you flush out the thoughts that are blocking you and rewrite your “stories” to better serve you. It takes great courage to tread outside your comfort zone, but honestly, that is where all the fun is!
Support and Encouragement: When we decide to make a life change, this can sometimes spark fear and other not-so-helpful emotions in our well-meaning friends and family members. Then, they often project their feelings all over us. As your coach, I will provide you with an unbiased perspective. I will be with you every step of the way, providing you with the support and encouragement necessary to stay the course.

Tracy BaranauskasI am a former social worker with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lake Erie College, and I am a Certified Life Coach. For much of my career, I provided compassionate support to individuals and families in both clinical and non-clinical settings. No matter the position, I have always found joy in helping my clients tap into their strengths and realize their true potential. So, when I lost my job quite unexpectedly about five years ago, life coaching seemed like a natural fit.
