Last week, I led you through an exercise to write your Triumph Story.
How did it go? What did you uncover?
How have you grown due to the challenges you’ve overcome?
Who have you become as a result?
I love remembering that challenges can be purposeful and overcoming them can be extremely powerful—especially when I am in the thick of it.
Rest assured, you can find value from the challenges you’re facing, too, by seeing them as part of becoming an upleveled version of yourself.
Recently, the members of my Shine On Program participated in a fun exercise where they came to our group call as their Future Selves. And as they shared from this vantage point, they each told their Triumph Story to reinforce and celebrate the deeper meaning of their transformations.
I’m telling you, it was such an emotional and fulfilling experience! Although I’m known to be a crier, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the only one tearing up. The reflections and insights shared during that call were immensely impactful and oh, so inspiring!
What did the amazing Shine Sisters learn from reckoning with their challenges that is necessary to fully embody in the next version of themselves?
Here are just a few of the powerful mindset shifts and breakthroughs they gained from their transformations:
I am enough.
I am worthy of success.
Failure is simply a learning opportunity.
It’s impossible to level up without feeling fear—and my job is to feel the fear and do it anyway.
There’s nothing to prove to myself or anyone else.
As the CEO of my business, it’s my responsibility to set boundaries and implement policies that protect it.
It’s when I tread outside my comfort zone and activate my gifts that I feel the most ALIVE!
Making offers is in service of my clients/customers.
People-pleasing takes me away from pleasing myself (and I am a “people” too!).
No one else can see the dream in my heart like I can, so I must trust myself and my vision.
It’s safe to trust myself.
And when we break down even further, here is the beautiful truth.
It’s SAFE to:

*Believe.
*Fail.
*Want more.
*Succeed.
*Take up space.
*Take risks.
*Have the hard conversations.
*Go all in.
*Let go.
*Make money.
*Be misunderstood.
*Go first and lead.
*Feel energized and ALIVE!
