I encourage my clients to develop a morning routine to help them get centered before starting their day. There are so many ways to do this: meditating, exercising, journaling, praying, embracing gratitude and so on.
I have always enjoyed beginning my mornings walking along the shores of Lake Erie, setting my intentions for the day and connecting with nature. This spiritual practice has become very sacred to me, and I am often delighted by the “lessons” I receive from Mother Nature.
