As a life coach, I encourage my clients to develop a morning routine to help them get centered before starting their day. There are so many ways to do this: meditating, exercising, praying, journaling, practicing yoga, embracing gratitude, and so on.
For me, I begin my mornings walking along the shores of Lake Erie, setting my intentions for the day and connecting with nature. This spiritual practice is very sacred to me, as it provides the opportunity to quiet my mind, widen my perspective and tap into my intuition.
It is my hope as I share some of my reflections with you each week, that you find them helpful to bring more awareness, purpose and joy into your life.
